POLYASPARTIC -POLYUREA SYSTEM is highly durable and resistant to various forms of wear and tear, including abrasion, chemicals, and UV damage, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. Its exceptional adhesion properties ensure a long-lasting, seamless finish that is easy to clean and maintain, contributing to a hygienic and aesthetically pleasing environment.

When it comes to the perfect garage floor coating, the debate between Polyaspartic and epoxy has raged on for quite some time. Recently, Polyaspartic has taken a significant leap forward in terms of adhesion strength, surpassing even epoxy. Epoxy, a two-part resin, certainly provides a hard surface upon drying, but it tends to be too brittle, prone to cracking and shattering when subjected to moving cracks, as it lacks the flexibility that Polyaspartic urethane offers. Additionally, epoxy is more porous, making it susceptible to staining. On the other hand, Polyaspartic coating, also a two-part resin, offers a robust yet slightly flexible finish. This flexibility enhances its durability and makes it easier to maintain, thanks to its non-porous nature. Moreover, Polyaspartic urethane is UV stable, ensuring it won’t yellow over time, a common issue with epoxy and polyurea urethane. All in all, Polyaspartic Urethane emerges as the superior choice for floor coatings, offering double the strength and superior adhesion. What’s more, it dries quickly, allowing you to get back to full use within just 12 hours, while epoxy demands a longer installation and curing time.

I had my garage floor and 9 x 16 foot patio done last week. The work was meticulous and the outcome is all I could have hoped for. The expectations for the project were communicated carefully. You get what you pay for when it comes to this sort of product and application. Black Diamond I dare say is the best in the area. I have a neighbor and a friend who used a less expensive company and the outcome was negative. They reported a sticky coating after the dry time had passed and uneven, splotchy surface. Black Diamond uses top-of-the-line materials and his crew knows the business. It's worth the investment.

Kenny with Black Diamond Innovations did an outstanding job in our garage applying a beautiful epoxy floor and a custom cabinet wall. He and his team are very detailed oriented. Their main focus is that the job is done right. The epoxy floor looks amazing and the cabinets are highly functional. There's one section for the kids to offload their backpacks and shoes, and the other side is a workbench. We now have a great transition into our house from the garage! Thanks!
