Tiffany Dickinson brings a wealth of expertise in floor coating products, cabinetry design, and sales operations, cultivated over decades in the industry.
1997–1999: Interreactive Coating Technologies, San Diego, CA
Tiffany began her career as a receptionist but quickly advanced to a sales and design role, showcasing her ability to learn and adapt swiftly. During her tenure, she gained in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential floor coating products and honed her skills in CAD design for CNC operations related to custom cabinets and closets.1999–2012: Family-Owned Garage Outfit Company, Austin, TX
In 1999, Tiffany persuaded her family to invest in and establish a business specializing in epoxy and sealer installations and custom cabinet manufacturing. As an Austin resident since 1999, she played a pivotal role in the company’s success, generating leads and serving as the sole salesperson. Her efforts resulted in over $1 million in sales within the first year. Tiffany worked alongside her mother, who managed the office, and her father, a skilled shop manager and machinist, to build a thriving, family-run enterprise that was successfully sold in 2012.Present: Sales & Operations Manager, Black Diamond Garage Solutions
Currently, Tiffany serves as the Sales and Operations Manager for Kenny Gaona at Black Diamond Garage Solutions. After 20 years of independently managing his LLC, Kenny was initially hesitant to bring on additional team members. However, Tiffany’s experience, persuasive communication, and vision for growth convinced him to partner with her. Together, they have formed an exceptional team, elevating the company to new heights. Tiffany is proud to be part of a company that sets the standard for garage solutions.
